Our new client is a 100% litigation firm in Lakeland, FL, handling a wide variety of commercial litigation, including commercial business disputes and some personal injury matters. This is a true courtroom-focused practice offering strong mentorship, substantive hands-on work, and exposure to high-value business disputes.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation, including research, drafting motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Work on a diverse caseload involving complex commercial disputes and select personal injury matters.
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients to develop case strategy and drive efficient, effective litigation outcomes.
• Manage deadlines, court filings, and communication with courts and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, ideally in commercial litigation.
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage a varied litigation caseload with oversight.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Lakeland or Plant City, FL.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 DOE
